Psychological Effects:
As a result of abortion women either: Go into a self preservation mode (denial) that can last for years before the truth starts to surface, or immediately experience the emotional
trauma of abortion.
Spiritual Effects:

Abortion and Adolescents:
Abortion is far more risky for adolescents than for adult women. Adolescents also experience more pressure to abort. In order to try and avoid the pressure to abort adolescents tend to conceal their pregnancy until a "safer" (2nd or 3rd trimester) time. This however does not protect them and usually leads to a later term abortion which is even more devastating and riskier.
